About 50% of the weddings Pastor Rich officiates have at least one person or family with Catholic roots. He blends whichever religious traditions are important to the bride and groom’s side. Occasionally he has had the privilege of shared leadership with a priest, but generally just builds a bridge between the faith traditions. The ceremony flow for Protestant and Catholic weddings is very similar, but non-Catholic ceremonies have fewer readings and no communion. If you would like to offer Communion at your wedding, Pastor Rich is happy to oblige and it would be an “open table” for you and all of your guests who wish to partake (intinction).
